Pipe breaks above garage and causes a mess.

This Fort Mill home had a water claim due to a leaky pipe in the ceiling of the garage. The water line was going to a finnished bathroom above. The homeowner noticed it as they were going to work in the morning and saw water dripping from the ceiling on the cars. We arrived onsite that day and got to work. The garage ceiling had to be cut open because insulation was located above. After opening the affected area we set up air movers and dehumidifiers to get the structure dry.
