Last night a toilet line broke and flooded the first floor of this Clover home. The flooring was laminate and was soon damaged by the water and had to be removed. Along with the removal of the flooring was the baseboards and shoe moulding. This was done so the technicians could dry the drywall that got wet as well. A total of five rooms were affected. When the demolition was complete we placed air movers and dehumidifiers to start the drying process. It should take a few days to get everything dry before the repair process starts.

After the homeowner saw how much damage was caused by the water she decided to file a insurance claim to cover the cost. We are now working with her and the insurance company to make sure everything is documented and answer all questions.
