A leaky pipe on the main level of a Fort Mill home spread water into multiple rooms. By the time the homeowner found the leak and we got onsite it was to late. The wood had already started to split and crack. After the homeowner estimated how much it would cost the replace it she soon filed a insurance claim. At that point we stated removing all the damaged flooring and started the drying of the structure.  

After everything was cleaned up and dried the property was ready for new flooring and materials.
