This is a picture of the culprit who cased a major flood in a Fort Mill home last week.


The homeowner came home to a mess after work and realized that her water heater had finally had enough and and decided to spill water for a long period of time. And of course it waited till nobody was home to do anything about it.

After we "SERVPRO" arrived on site we began to extract all the standing water and block up the furniture to help it from getting damaged. 

A plumber was called that day and a new water heater was installed and ready for service by the end of the day.
