Fort Mill,SC - A residential home had a water leak while the homeowners were out of town. The pipe that broke was on the upper level of the home and most of the water ran down to the basement area where the hardwood floors were located. Due to the amount of time that the water sat on the flooring it became damaged and had to be removed. After removal and cleanup we dried the rest of the materials back to normal moisture levels. At this time the repairs are in the early stages of preparation.
